eCommerce software for managing online stores

About Jumpseller

Jumpseller is an eCommerce software designed to help businesses create online stores for selling products across multiple sales channels or social media platforms such as Facebook, Google Shopping, and Instagram. Managers can automatically create invoices, add live chat support to online stores, and protect sensitive data using secure socket layer (SSL) capabilities.

Jumpseller allows organizations to accept payments via credit or debit cards, eWallets, and several payment gateways such as PayPal, Paytm, OnePay, Stripe, PayU, and more. Managers can create and offer discount coupons on products, select themes from the gallery, and add corporate logos, colors, or descriptions to the interface. Customers can sort or search products based on various filters including size, color, brand, price, category, and gender, among others. The software lets supervisors track product performance in JumpSeller Google Shopping store using reports and enhance audience engagement on Instagram via video, carousel, and story advertisements.

Jumpseller integrates with various third-party payment gateways, shipping providers, and other systems such as Skrill, Khipu, HiPay Wallet, Shiptimize, UPS, and more. Supervisors can also grant permissions for collaborators to access the store administration panel and send emails about cart recovery to specific customers.

Excellent Customer Support

The people of customer support has been very responsive and collaborates when I`ve had problems. Even weekends and ciberdays you can have a solution in 1/2 or 1 hour.
This is much more important for me than having a tool with thousands of features and low time response because the objective of an e-commerce page is to be up 24x365

Pros

It is really easy to create a new web page for a beginner, with the step guide that comes by default with each template. They are always creating new features. And above all, the help they have for the client is excellent.

Cons

Something I do intuitively but I do not really know what is true procedure: What is done first and then, is that when creating a new page or tab should be associated with a category and that lacks a better explanation. I do it with trial and error. There are very basic videos of that with low resolution.

Necessary if you want to sell online

Reviewed on 2022/12/23

Pros

I love this tool, it's very easy to start using, in addition to customizing, I can upload new products every day in a few minutes, make promotions, configure payment and delivery methods. Have my clients segmented and personalize their sale. I can give ticket or invoice options, all forms of payment. We started as a small store and now have thousands of products online. Another very good thing is the customer service, they help you immediately and if they don't study your case and respond to you within a few hours. We also have integrated Meta Ads and Google Ads-Merchant Center and Mercado Libre. I recommend it 100%.

Cons

does not have all the integrations of shipping in Spain.

Didn't enjoy my experience. I would never use it again or recommend it to another client. It's not a bad option per-se, but for the cost, ease of use, features, and maintenance, there are very few benefits and lots of limitations compared to using a WordPress website with e-commerce. It was interesting to try, but not something I will repeat.

Pros

Easy set up for Chilean payment system.

Cons

Almost everything. It's very limiting. You are stuck with a couple of templates. And editing basic things is way too complicated (And I know how to code full WordPress websites from scratch). There is very little documentation when you try to figure out how to update the code on your own. I managed to edit a lot of its code, but it was unnecessarily time-consuming. And on the other side, is not user-friendly enough for people that are not tech-savvy. My team has experience updating Wordpress sites and were stuck while working with Jumpseller all the time. Customer service is fast to answer, but their answer is usually: this is not included and you'll need to pay a Jumpseller developer to get this done. And I'm talking about very basic stuff. 2 hours of a Jumpseller developer is more expensive than the top WooCommerce themes you can buy.

determining an e-commerce platform that is right for a business is not, there are many factors in consideration in terms of cost, maintenance, or support for marketing tools. Jumpseller comes with a relatively cheap cost and support for plug n play which is capable enough to support your brand awareness, although for e-commerce development it is a bit more difficult for users who are not in the world.

Cheaper than others platforms and easy to manage use and customize

I live in Chile and is perfectly adapted to the local market in terms of payment and shipping methods. They have applications dedicated to solving those problems and discounts associated with external services.
The follow-up of orders for my clients is very kind.

Pros

The administration of products, orders, themes, promotions, clients and multi-language is very complete.

They do not charge commissions for sale, only a monthly charge that has discounts for annual or biennial payments. They also make discounts for having more than one store or for recommending the platform to other people. Very loyal to its customers.

They have extraordinary customer support, they always help in all doubts and take the time to resolve them.

If you have little knowledge in HTML / CSS you can do really powerful things. The code editor is kind to understand and manage.

Cons

The customization of some of the issues is deficient because they are old.
