Skedulo Overview

Skedulo comes in three scalable packages which include different reporting and support permissions. You Skedulo dashboard acts as a control center where you can manage your field employees via mobile app communication and allocate specific tasks/jobs to the best suited and located members of staff.

Skedulo provides a collaboration tool that allows you to add notes and information about particular jobs and features a live feed tool to keep everyone informed of what is happening and when. Skedulo gives your employees permissions to send messages, modify agendas and jobs and view certain reports - which can be downloaded and exported.

Depending on your Skedulo plan, you will receive different levels of technical support - from email to telephone. A free Skedulo demo version is available upon request and video tutorials/testimonials are in place to give you further assistance.

Pros

I love the Skedulo team, great group of guys. This is a great tool that continues to grow and add functionality. They're on our short list of companies to solve our scheduling problem.

Cons

I haven't ran into any issues yet, again a solid tool, and a solid company. I look forward to see where this tool goes in the future.
