About Perkville

Perkville offers a way to create, manage and track customer loyalty programs, while also taking advantage of customer referrals through promotional rewards. The app lets you create customer reward programs based on a point system. You can specify how much points an individual action earns, such as 5 points for a Tweet, or 50 points for referring a friend. You can then specify what rewards customers receive when they reach a certain amount of points. For example, a 10% discount for 200 points.

Perkville keeps everyone updated on all loyalty program activities, with email notifications informing customers of their point balance and how much more points they need to claim a reward. Customers can also check their point balance online anytime. Your customers can refer their friends directly though Perkville by importing contacts from Hotmail, Yahoo Mail and Gmail. They can also refer friends through social media on Facebook or Twitter. Customers can redeem their gifts online and select the store location where they would like to collect it. All of this activity is then recorded and reported in Perkville for you to assess.

    Awesome way to offer a loyalty program in our store. It sets us apart from other similar stores. It also keeps our customers loyal by rewarding them for shopping with us.

    Pros

    The software is easy to use and explain to customers. Our customers love that we have a loyalty program that rewards them for shopping. It is easy and fast for customers to register their accounts even for those that may not be as technically savvy. We are able to simply help them register with their phones in-store or explain over the phone. Customer service is quick and helpful with any issues that may arise.

    Cons

    I have not come across any cons. Any time we have a technical issue it is quickly resolved by contacting customer service.

    My experience has been great. Members LOVE this service. A member loyalty program is a must in today's market. People want to be rewarded for behaviors and this software does that without a lot of work from your end.

    Very easy to launch, customer service is amazing, ability to change perks if very easy.

    Easy to set up and easy to customize the earning activities to what makes sense for our users.

    Cons

    I would like to see Perkville offer more in the way of customization of marketing materials as we are not a gym or studio so our messaging is a bit different than it would be for a gym member or studio goer. Makes it awkward to run referral programs when the messaging is geared for gym members only.

    It has been a great asset to our business. Customers love that we have a loyalty program that rewards them for shopping with us! Anytime I have issues, I contact customer support and they usually help and resolve the issue in 1-2 business days. Definitely recommend for any small biz to use as a loyalty/rewards program!

    I like that is easy to use for our customers and for us as administrators. We're an independent pet store and it's great to have a loyalty program we can use for our customers!

    Cons

    There are a few technicalities that we've had to work through, but contacting customer support helped solve the issues.
