About ONexpense

ONexpense is a cloud-based expense reporting software designed to help businesses track and manage employees’ expense claims including accommodation costs, restaurant bills, vehicle mileage charges, and more. It enables employees to securely store payment receipts on a unified platform, create file back-ups, and send invoices for verification or approval purposes.

The application allows stakeholders to capture expense receipt images via smartphones, validate the information, and automatically create an excel file to share with supervisors and accounting teams. Features of ONexpense include automatic notifications, multi-lingual expense reports, recurring reports, data export, archiving, multi-currency management, audit trails, single sign-on (SSO), workflow management, and more.

ONexpense offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party accounting platforms, enabling businesses to push and pull data across systems. The application lets employees process credit card slips, which enable accounting departments to analyze digital receipts, capture content, and create documents by automatically filling in relevant details.
