Appreciation in completion of tasks is always a great achievement and giving bonus on top of that gives a great boost for completion another task with a great enthusiasm

My experience with Bonusly has been amazing. I have never had a problem cashing out. I feel very motivated to work harder and do better on a regular basis, and I feel extremely valued as an employee.
Pros
I can rack up on points, and cash them out for Paypal money. That's REAL money that I can literally use ANYwhere. I love it. Also, my second favorite is available as well - Amazon!
Cons
Absolutely NOTHING. Bonusly ROCKS harder than Metallica. Just kidding, but it is the best rewards system I've seen.

I like the plethora of non profits users can donate points to, especially for Ukrainian efforts
Cons
There is no way to give shout outs, kudos or thanks without adding allowances. Meaning, you have to buy more than your monthly allotment to tell someone about a job well done. Seems counter productive and takes away the chance for others to give proper appreciation

Easy to acknowledge every other employees accomplishments without singling out one employee in a timeframe.
Cons
I run out of points too quickly giving away to team members (but thats more of a me problem than a bonusly problem!)

The rewards are good and have no time limit on keeping points meaning you can save up. Helps in a tight spot!
