Zoho SalesIQ is an all-in-one customer engagement, live chat, and analytics software solution for small to large organizations. It helps identify your website visitor needs while improving your sales opportunities and customer support. SalesIQ provides detailed visitor, contact, and company information such as location, site behavior, and new or returning visitors/contacts, which can be used to identify hot prospects and priority customers to proactively engage them in chat at the most optimal time.
Create pre-defined rules and set up "hot prospect" notifications to be sent to agents when visitors complete certain actions on your site. You can also set up automated chat triggers for proactive engagement, route visitors and customers to the right department and agents, make audio calls, and even screen-share for enhanced customer service.
Build your Knowledge Base by creating articles and FAQs that can be shared with prospects and customers.
Automate your conversation flow with chatbots. You can easily build one with or without coding skills using Zobot, SalesIQ’s powerful, low-code bot builder. Use chatbots to initiate conversations, collect contact data, and answer basic queries using the resources from your Knowledge Base. You can also train chatbots to use pre-built responses, equip them with small talk, teach them business terms to use during conversations with customers, and automatically record unanswered questions for you to update your resources with responses.
Zoho SalesIQ integrates with Zoho CRM to access lead and prospect information from both apps. Chat sessions can be automatically converted into contact or lead records in the CRM, and you can assign follow-up actions without leaving the chat window. Alerts can also be sent to sales staff in Zoho CRM when identified hot prospects return to your site.
This customer engagement app can be used to monitor KPIs around visitor activity and agent performance through pre-built reports and performance-monitoring stats. Lastly, supervisors can use Zoho SalesIQ to monitor agents as they chat to prospects and provide coaching with live feedback.

Pros
I like that this is a cheap solution for live chat. It is easy to setup in wordpress and get it going.
Cons
I never use half of the features. Most times I do not see an alert pop up when someone is trying to communicate with us...I get an email to my junk mail a half hour later saying that I missed a chat.

Pros
I love that SalesIQ integrates well with other Zoho apps like the CRM, we can chat history in the CRM.
Cons
Nothing much to dislike, one thing maybe is that the status stays as Live even if you've closed the app and I have to always change my status to offline. So would be great if it automatically does that.

Pros
Being able to automatically push chats into our CRM (ZohoCRM) as leads is just one helpful feature of Zoho Sales IQ. We are also able to see correlation between chats, pages visited, and user behavior. It provides reliable data to us and a positive user experience to our customers.
Cons
I wish there were more powerful reporting tools. The daily reports tell things like top referral sources, page visited--things about visitor behavior. It would be great to be able to view that over time within Zoho SalesIQ.
