7 Shifts for restaurant schedule Management

My managers and employees love it.
Pros
It is easy to use and anybody with a phone can have easy access to their schedule, send messages using it, and letting anybody know about changes. It is a very practical and professional tool for the schedules that we use in our Restaurant. We have the scheduling available on our P/R processor, but we prefer to pay for this service as it is more agile and practical than our P/R company.
Cons
To be honest, I do not have any complaints, but we only use the scheduling module as we have other systems.

I am generally happy with it, and once I'm in a rhythm it's efficient and effective.

Pros
The ability to create open shifts, schedule templates, easily maneuver shifts and see requested days off, availability desires and schedule events all make a for a robust scheduling too.
Cons
Needs previous of the 2 days surrounding the work week to ensure better scheduling, clearer availability systems or the ability of a manager to input availability based on conversations they had, and it needs more robust event scheduling options that can be tied to open shifts that need to be filled

5/10 overall it met our requirements but the stability was bad for everyone. Often users would get loggednout and need to log back in. When this happens, they no longer recieved updates from the business schedule or the messages.
Pros
It provided a place to schedule and communicate with staff. Tracked our labor and sales. It was nice to have but the price is very high for what it does
Cons
They didnt tell me our bill was renewing and just charged our business. There where no reminders

I really appreciate the way this software works. I like that other managers can look at shifts...
I really appreciate the way this software works. I like that other managers can look at shifts before they are published, and we can work together. My team is in constant communication using the app and I am able to assist whit what they need.
Pros
7Shifts makes it easy to schedule my team and communicate with them. The app helps make sure they are plugged in and know their schedule. They are able to let me know their needs. The app is great for the team to stay in touch.
Cons
I don't like that I cannot set the shift times and have them stay the same. 7Shifts can have lags that are inconvenient, but it does come through.

Pros
From the ease of publishing weekly schedules to employees being responsible for covering their own shifts when needed or scheduling their own time off and/or sick pay is a game changer. No more manual processes. I especially love the messaging system. I can blast the entire company or certain teams or just the employee when needed. It tracks conversations and allows employees to answer. No need for multiple apps...
Cons
I really cannot think of a single thing.
