AfterShip is a web-based solution for online retailers wanting to automate shipment tracking and notify their customers of their delivery status. AfterShip helps you keep your customers updated, automatically.
Connect your shopping cart and AfterShip keeps your customers informed of the progress and whereabouts of their orders. You can also import your own list via CSV, carts or API. Easy to integrate, AfterShip also offers a track button that you can add directly to your site. It auto detects the right courier with the order tracking number. You can customize the content of the notifications and add a one-click link inside theses messages. AfterShip keeps your customers up-to-date by email, SMS and Webhook.
With its shipping analytics and filters (by status, courier, notifications), AfterShip provides you with a clear view of your performances and lets you track all shipments in one place. Thanks to its dashboard and delivery analytics, you can keep an eye on your past shipments and transactions while AfterShip automatically handles your delivery customer support.

Pros
I needed a better way to track shipments and notify customers about their status and deliveries. A trusted colleague suggested AfterShip, so we immediately implemented it.
Cons
The user interface is a bit overwhelming and not the most intuitive. But spend some time with it, and it gets easier.

We have been overall satisfied with the service, and have enjoyed seeing improvements roll out in the past few months to continue building the service. Nice work!
Pros
The service is very robust, and an effective solution for our business. It's great to see detailed tracking for each of our shipments, which really helps with our customer satisfaction as well.
Cons
We are intrigued about the Premium tier features for AfterShip, but our business is small and cannot afford to double the investment. Hopefully a mid-tier additional solution will be available in the future.

Pros
We love that Aftership can offer tracking for multiple carriers and we do not need to waste time to search for alternative sources to get tracking back.
Cons
That tracking event interpretation is not always accurate.

Overall it has been a wonderful 3 year journey with Aftership. We have grown along with them and can't imagine running out day to day operations without Aftership.
Pros
We loved the status updates and the ability to track multiple providers in real time. All the major logistics providers can be tracked with Aftership.
Cons
The pricing could be a little competitive. We would love to send text message notifications to our customers but the additional costs are stopping us.

I'm giving the Customer Support Team a 5-star rating! The app is easy to set up, and easy to use. But the Customer Support Team is the star of the app! You will always get connected to a real human whenever you have problems and they'll jump straight into it to make sure the problems are solved as quickly as possible, they'll literally go the extra mile for their customers. Well done AfterShip, I'm lucky to find your app.

I stumbled upon issues sometimes, but like I said in the Pros section, the issues will get resolved asap by the AfterShip Team.
