It makes monitoring simple/Managing multiple servers in single console/reduce human intervention & getting support through technical chat is very responsive and useful.

Pros

1.It is easy to use, and application manager GUI is simple & efficient where we can monitor multiple servers in a single window.2.Alerts & reports are customizable according to customer prespective.3.Get notified on server status instantly which avoid production issues & take corrective actions.4.It Reduces the human intervention to check and notify the status5.Technical chat support is very useful to quickly complete the request if incase any issues.

Cons

Unable to monitor services of linux machines where in windows we can able to monitor services which helps to check the service status is in running state or stopped.
