My overall experience with jotform is excellent but mainly I like thier customer support and less pricing. Also, it has the best helpful resources for their users.
Pros
I like its advanced conditional logic and it's wide integration options. And mainly it is very user friendly to access.
Cons
I like the least with their limited customisation for Advanced Features and file storage charges.

that is has smart-pdf function, very helpful.

that to have other staff access we need to subscribe to the highest level, very expensive.
our webmaster notice certain SEO function is not facilitated in Jotform so we are moving to wordpress-based form.

Very annoyed, since I am not doing anything wrong, I have read their terms of agreement, and I am following the rules. I clarified what they thought was wrong accepted my issue and went on to ignore it once again.
Pros
Found it functional. It’s easy to create logic paths.
Cons
I keep getting suspended for not good reason and customer service has not been helpful. I got suspended so I contacted the support team, I received a message saying that they could see that there was no ill-intend, but remained suspended. I then went on for 2-days trying to fix this, finally got an answer from someone saying it would be unsuspended and I asked what I could do for it to not happened again. I followed her advice to the letter and haven't gone into the account in five days. Today I find that it is suspended again. Not only that, but I can't seem to respond to customer service messages because the only form of communication is through a 'thread' to which they as you to log in. Which I am not allowed since my account is suspended. In the first time I was being able to do this, but not sure what is happening now. Please use another software.

Jotform takes form creation to the next level above my experience with competitors like Google Forms. Jotform allows for much more customized forms, and has a host of very helpful add ons and widgets like signatures, payment portals, and more. We have made Jotform a "one stop shop" to manage almost every form for our nonprofit, from volunteer onboarding, to client intake and registration, to permission forms and waivers, to feedback, and more.
Pros
Jotform is a very robust and easy to use form management software platform that is particularly helpful for small nonprofits that handle a variety of form needs like registrations, waivers, surveys, and more. I like the seemingly endless customizability of the platform and the forms created.
Cons
At times, the forms are prone to error and will display error messages to end users. The offline form mode could use some additional work to ensure data/submissions are not lost, as this is important for our work where forms often have to be used with no connectivity.
Reasons for Choosing Jotform
Google Forms did not have all the features we needed in one place, mainly document sending and e-signatures. Jotform also has a better end user feel and layout, especially the Card style.Switched From

All in all, Jotform is a great product and we've worked through the challenge of one user/team. Its great to be able to integrate Jotform into our other data platforms.
Pros
The user experience and interface is clean and easy to use. As a survey taker, I find jotform to be very simple and easy to understand.
Cons
I don't like that, no matter what level of membership you have, your team is only allowed one user. Even with a smaller organization, we have many staff working with different forms. So, to have a membership that would allow multiple staff to have their own profiles would be very helpful.
