With each synced job, all information needed to complete the job will be there, including client details, location mapping, routing, notes, workflow forms, customer assets, service records, associated PDF documents and notifications.

Asset Surveys & Service Records

Your team in the field using the mobile app can perform Asset Surveys and quickly record details of each client asset including any serial numbers, manufacturers, product codes, equipment details as well as a range of other useful details during a survey. They can also complete any Services Records in accordance with an Asset’s Planned Maintenance servicing schedule along with accessing any photos, history, documents and contacts for the customer’s assets.

Altogether a good experience, a few problems but the team are quick to resolve

Saves us admin time, we now work paper free, we have improved the quality of service we deliver to our clients.

Pros

Compared to how we use to do business, klipboard has enabled us to vastly improve the quality of service we deliver to our clients while reducing the admin time we used to waste with all the paperwork.

Cons

There are a few teething problems, little things like a specific process to uploading the photos which if we don't follow, can cause the app to crash meaning we lose our work and have to start again.

We believe you use the iPad app in the field and we understand it has crashed a couple of times for you during the image capture process. This can be common in apps however, we work hard to ensure we respond to all requests. Our recently released iPhone and Android app that uses the latest technology for robustness and stability, can be availed of by your team if you wish, however, we are in the midst of testing a new iPad app which we hope to release Feb 2018 which means you will have the same stability as the iPhone and Android users. Our customer success manager will be reaching out to you when it is released.

Pros

Klipboard is easily setup and the support team are responsive, knowledgeable and nice to deal with. We implemented Klipboard within weeks and the engineers were using the app on customer jobs very quickly. Overall the software is intuitive to use and the speed of being able to schedule and assign jobs to the engineers is excellent. The automated customer comms is very helpful too, especially the asset service reminders for our customers which reminds the book in a service. We spend less time on administration and have improved efficiency. The software is constantly improving and we are a completely paperless company now.

Cons

There is nothing really to dislike. We would like SMS text messaging features however we have been told that it is coming to the platform in November.

Saved on time and money

Pros

The fact I could make the sheets as easy as possible for the tablet users, to avoid confusion or complication, with the reports as the end still coming out in a very professional PDF that I have designed myself.
I also like the fact that you can reassign the tasks to various people if the work flows need to be edited so that if something minor needs to be changed then it doesn't have to be reassigned to the engineer again.
But most of all, the amount of time we save using Klipboard is invaluable. We where spending on average 4 hours retyping each report now we are spending 10 minutes checking the sheets, and then just have to download the PDF's and put them together as one PDF which takes 20 minutes. This means we have more people that are able to go to site instead of sitting in the office.

Cons

The only thing I would change is being able to add more work flows into an overall report/task. Other than that I think all of the features are great, and this part of the process only adds on a little bit of time to the overall process, so not a massive issue.

Pros

Klipboard has allowed us to develop a range of mobile report templates for our water and wastewater treatment programs. These templates are really easy to complete on the mobile app out on site and speeds up our reporting to our customers. I like how our reports are completed on the mobile app using simple text entry and dropdown selections but are then outputted in a PDF style exactly as we need them. The system has also helped with us meeting compliance and ensuring we have history of all the work completed for each of our customers. We have teams that work all over the UK so it has made it more efficient for scheduling the work to them as well as getting the information back, removing all the old manual paper processes we had. The support and help with setup has been fantastic since the beginning.

Cons

It will take me sometime to get use to using the workflow generator for creating new form templates.
