Pros
The best part about Zoho Social is its ease of use for managing and scheduling content across multiple platforms in one place. The analytics provide detailed insights that make it easier to understand what works, helping us boost engagement and growth. The mobile app is also a huge plus, allowing us to keep up with interactions on the go!
Cons
One thing I’d like to see improved is more customization for scheduling posts. Having additional flexibility for specific post times per platform would make the scheduling even more efficient.

I like the amazing dashboards and monitoring system Zoho has. Zoho allowed us to keep an eye on how the public is interacting with the company and brand perception. Since I am a social media marketer I use it for all my clients and I can check all the social media accounts from one dashboard which is amazing. It also helps you to to be more interactive and social in public overall I love all the features it provides like Publishing Calendar, Bulk Scheduler, and Repeat Post and so on

As Zoho customers, we use Zoho Social to manage some of our social media accounts. It has the basic necessities like post scheduling and content management.
Pros
Zoho Social is a good platform to use if you are already a Zoho customer as it integrates well with their other applications.
Cons
I find that that the UI and layout is subpar to its main competitors like Hootsuite and Later. Also, we had difficulties in the past with posting videos and formatting captions.

Easy way in which to make posts across various social media platforms and the scheduling.
Cons
Can't post to facebook groups. But otherwise than that there's nothing really not to like.
