Ceros is a cloud-based experiential content creation platform that empowers marketers and designers to create rich, engaging web content without any coding or development. The Ceros studio is the only platform of its kind with the ability to produce bespoke experiential content at scale, allowing brands to holistically improve consumer touch points across the funnel.
With Ceros, stunning interactive content experiences can be created in a fraction of the time and cost of leveraging traditional development resources. Projects can start from either a blank canvas or from one of the many dynamic, customizable templates available in the studio. The workspace environment is collaborative so multiple users can work together in the platform in real-time, and go from an idea to live content in a matter of days, not weeks.
As an end-to-end solution for content creators, Ceros offers complete creative control. Easily drag and drop assets onto the canvas, add animations and create interactions with the click of a button. Whether seated across the table or across the world, live previewing allows users to share their creations with others instantaneously as they build. Published content is then seamlessly hosted in the cloud and can live anywhere on the web.
I was able to leverage my Adobe Illustrator skills to create some really impressive motion infographics. Ceros also helps make your infographics interactive, condensing the size of the final product, and helping deliver snackable nuggets of info, as opposed to super long-form content.
If you're any good at creating PowerPoint animations, Ceros is a really cool tool that can help take your infographics to the next level. It uses a similar approach to animations as PowerPoint (fly in, fly out, fade in/out, etc) with an interface that is similar to Adobe Illustrator.
Ceros is very expensive for what it can do. The short trial costs too much, and you don't get to keep the assets you create. Animation options are also somewhat limiting. You can't really combine multiple animations on the same object simultaneously. It's also very time consuming to create assets that are worthwhile.
Not much seeing as I wound up canceling after using it for a few months.
As a whole, the things that Ceros is capable of is pretty bad ass. The examples they show you are super cool and get you super psyched to get started and buy the product right away. They have a ton of premade templates that you can use to jump off with if you are not quite ready to build a template from scratch.
The complexity. I mean, they are really targetting graphic designers, which I am not, so I can't be mad, but it is insane. I loved the demo and was super jazzed to get started with the software, but once I started I realized I was not going to be able to make anything worthwhile. The time needed to really delve into the software and learn everything that it can do totally turned me off. The price seemed great for everything it could create, but if you are not an expert in photoshop it is a waste of money. You might as well just stick with Canva because you are going to get frustrated and hate everything you create.
Producing interactive content pieces for customers and prospects. Helps educate and explain without a longer print piece, website, or forcing them to watch a video. We are looking for a more engaging way to present content.
Ceros has basically made a WYSIWYG HTML 5 Animation tool that is a fairly easy and friendly jump for those experienced with Adobe tools. It requires no coding and I was able to get my designers up and using it fairly quickly. The tool has a good number of features and basic analytics. Support has been helpful getting us up and running.
There is still a decent learning curve. It takes some time to get ramped up. By default, the code runs on their servers and we are still assessing impact to SEO (there is an option to download and run on our side, but that makes updating harder).
The interface is very user friendly. Very similar to Adobe CS. Allows the designer to experiment with layout scaling and sizing easily. Gives you the ability to work off the pasteboard. The interactive controls are very intuitive and allow for many complex interactions with minimal programming.
Haven't found to many as of yet. Some of the effects transitions could be a litttle smoother. They are choppy at times.
I was asked to make a poster and I didn't know even where to start but venngage help me a lot to make my designs. Also I'm happy that I came across it on line.
I like the help cuz when starting some people may be their first time to use venngage.
The cost, cuz some students are in high school they don't have the money to pay for it.

One of the biggest problems content marketers face today is consumer content fatigue. As brands continue to pump out more and more digital content, web users are becoming less and less engaged due to high volume and low quality.
Ceros is an interactive content creation platform designed to help marketers and designers create unique content that engages their audiences and keeps them coming back for more. Without any coding or deployments, Ceros lets you build and publish interactive infographics, eBooks, microsites, lookbooks, magazines, and more. Because the platform is in the cloud, you can work collaboratively in real time on projects. When you’re happy with your design, you can publish with the click of a button.
The app is comprised of three main components: the Admin, where you manage your projects, content, and analytics; the Studio, where you can design rich media content and apply animation and interaction effects; and your published content, which is HTML5 code that is hosted or embeddable in your website, blog, or other site.
Ceros integrates with Google Analytics, marketing automation and CRM platforms, lead gen tools, Google Fonts, Noun Project icons, and more.
Ceros is a cloud-based content creation platform that provides marketers and designers with a robust set of tools to design and publish rich, interactive content with no coding. It supports collaborative editing and lets you develop HTML5 content that works on any device type without the need for cross-browser testing, custom coding, or deployments.
Once you’ve published content in Ceros, you can drive traffic to it standalone or embed it into any web page as easily as dropping in a YouTube embed code. On the backend, the platform provides detailed performance metrics such as page views, average time spent, social shares, video plays and play rate, interaction clicks, clicks on outbound links, and more. All data can be exported as CSVs.
The Design Studio is where the actual designing and editing take place. It’s a collaborative platform powered by drag-and-drop technology. The Studio is set up to be extremely intuitive for Adobe InDesign and Photoshop users. The canvas, toolbar, layer panel and inspector panel are very similar to what you’ll find in standard design software. The Studio also provides over 800 Google Font families, thousands of icons from Noun Project, and support for images, GIFs, and video files.
In addition to standard design functionality, Ceros also provides over 60 animation effects and several interaction effects to create dynamic visual effects and layered content.
By default, content built in the Studio is private until it’s published. When you’re ready to publish, all you have to do is click a button. You’ll get a direct link to content that functions as a standalone page and embed code options for you to drop into your blog or website.
Published content can be edited in the Studio. Live content won’t be updated until the Republish button is clicked. Once you republish, your content will be updated everywhere it appears on the web in real time.
Ceros’ analytics dashboard provides the metrics on content performance and audience engagement. The data provided can be used to compare actual performance against targets or tweak content for better results in real time.
The metrics being tracked fall into two categories: Basic and Engagement. Basic analytics tracks high-level performance data about visitors, page views, and referrals. Engagement metrics provide granular data such as average time spent, interaction clicks, social shares, video plays, and link clicks. Analytics data can be exported as CSVs.
Ceros also integrates with Google Analytics, marketing automation and CRM platforms, and other analytics platforms.
Ceros Academy is a section of the Ceros website where video tutorials explaining how Ceros is used are available on demand. It’s divided into several sections, with each section containing subsections for organization. The Getting Started section provides video overviews of the Ceros Admin and Ceros Studio, how images and videos are uploaded into the design canvas, animating content, and using layers and interactions.
Advanced Editing shows which editing tools and functions are available, such as fonts, time-triggered events, anchor points, smart groups, and vector icons. Publishing and Embedding discusses how to publish experiences, embed Ceros content into websites or social media pages, use vanity domain names, among others. Software Development Kit tackles SDK-related queries, and Analytics explains basic and engagement analytics and how to link Google Analytics with Ceros.
On the design side, Ceros integrates with Google Fonts and Noun Project’s icon library. On the marketing side, Ceros integrates with Google Analytics; marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Eloqua, and Marketo; ad retargeting; lead gen platforms; and more.
