I have had my children in daycare for a number of years, and our site started using Lillio about two years ago. It makes it easy to communicate and receive notifications from our dayhome, and also gives me peace of mind that my children are being taken care of.
Pros
I like that I quickly receive information about my child at daycare, and have a simple way to communicate with the caregiver.
Cons
The app is quite slow to load, especially when viewing video files that have been posted. Having multiple children at a location is also more difficult to manage than it needs to be.

Pros
communication with daycare center, also the ability to track the child's activities
Cons
They charge users for HD pictures if you want to download them. The images posted online are so blurry sometimes I cannot see my child clearly. There is limited customization for pictures so sometimes viewing them is not easy too.

Pros
I like that it's very user friendly and intuitive.
Cons
When you scroll down on the feed it would be great to list the names (dates) of the reports versus the actual reports. Like sharing a list of names and when you click on it it expands to details. This way it would be easier to find a report you're looking for quickly and I believe it's a better user experience.
