Pros
WHMCS is the all in one solution for selling Web products where most products requires recurring billing. You can automate your whole business within few hours
Cons
WHMCS should offer a low price license for small resellers and entrepreneurs. Their license starts from $5/month when their partners and many hosting company offer that same license at as low as $2/m or even free bundled with their products

Pros
I use to believe WHMCS was the Bees Knees until I figured out how limited the software actually is & how support for the platform has completely dissolved.
Cons
I could write a whole essay on how horrible WHMCS is, unless you're just needing a basic billing/support ticketing system. (Read my Review on SuiteDash) - The support is next to criminal in that you submit a support ticket, then you don't hear back for several days. In addition to that, if you're looking to do almost anything else other than invoicing & support tickets, do yourself a favor & forget it. WHMCS is one of the most limited platforms on the market unless you want to hire a PHP/HTML/CSS professional to make the look & functionality of your WHMCS installation not look like it crawled out of the computer from the Twilight Zone Episode "From Agnis With Love" - STAY AWAY - unless you think you'll be the next big hosting company, then go for it!

Overall, this software is pretty much top-of-the-line for managing clients and back-end business needs with a price-point that definitely helps the bottom line.
Pros
It has a large number of plugins to extend it's functionality from it core. This provides capabilities to effectively manage the business and to allow those with coding experience to also add functionality that may not be available elsewhere.
Cons
Updates can be a pain if you have a large number of plugins and they are not being updated by their authors. This either delays upgrading or prevents it for longer than desired while you try to locate updated plugins with similar functionality.

Overall, the software does what it was designed to do and it a valuable add-on for any freelance web developer that is seeking to offer value addedd products and services to their already established line-up.
Pros
Once setup is completed the software really helps to keep everything from the sale of a domain name to webhosting of new clients all in-order nice and neat.
Cons
Personally, I didn't like the WHMCS branding in the footers of the software. So, I paid to remove them - its an extra cost to do so. Setup can be somewhat tricky.
