The best cross-border payment solution I've used

Payoneer has greatly helped me in running my business smoothly. Receiving payments from clients and platforms I work with was made easier. Withdrawing funds to my bank accounts only takes 1-2 working days. Being a customer for almost a decade now, this is a service I would recommend.
Pros
Payoneer solves a lot of payment problems for freelancers, bloggers, and professionals who deal with mostly international clients. Unlike PayPal with a lot of restrictions that sometimes make it impossible to receive payments, Payoneer is a lot more open and flexible. It's quite easy to use as well. For the awesome service you get, the rates expensive but bearable. The fact that you can have different bank accounts in different currencies is a huge plus.
Cons
The web UI could be improved to look modern. It's functional but rather depressing. Also, SMS notifications for this payment platform is long overdue but never implemented.

My overall experience with Payoneer is pretty good, there are some limitation with this platform but other feature that provided is really good. The customer support is very patient in helping fixing problem of my account and very understanding in the process.
Pros
Receiving a funds from different currency all over the world is doable with Payoneer. There are some charges included, but not too high like other payment processor platform. I can order a debit card from this service, and withdrawing the funds from my account easily without having to place a withdrawal request that may takes time 1-2 weeks for the funds landing to my local bank.
Cons
The thing that i dislike with Payoneer is, it can't be used to receive payment or fund from individual account and only processing a payment from business account. I have to change and using other payment processor like PayPal to receive payment from personal account. Other thing is the platform layout is pretty buggy, as it won't shown the the website layout in horizontal display, and only display in device with vertical screen.

I use it to receive payments from my clients. The service is really pathetic sometimes. But sometimes they are really quick. Overall 2 stars out of 5. 2/5
Pros
Nice customer user interface. Easy to use features and well organized tabs. There are also detailed FAQs for new users. You can receive and send online payment from anywhere. It is really easy to send a payment request to someone email address. Also it is really easy to pay someone. There are no service charges if you pay to another Payoneer account. Sometimes the process for cash delivery and receiving is really quick. Also, it is very easy to attach your payoneer account with freelancing sites to receive online payments.
Cons
Sometimes they are really quick with service. But sometimes they will delay payments up to 3 months. They dont even tell the reason for delay. They also will not send any relevant email. They keep ignoring users queries on their forum. They will even ignore personal messages. Online chat system is pathetic. You will keep waiting for hours but they it is very rare case if they even bother to attend your call. They keep sending the busy and corona reasons for delays their mismanagement. They make it look obvious like if they want to steal people's money. When they get no other reason then they send a notification saying that your id card or passport photo was rejected. In order to avoid transaction delays in the future please complete your profile details and submit the rejected information. Moreover, they approve it today and the very next day they will dis approve again like if they are addicted to alcohol or something. The company is full of cheat employees and they are aware of the blank marks in their service which they use to cheat the system resulting in poor management and delays in the online transactions. If they will keep on doing this they will surely lose reputation really quick in the incoming days.

A good tool for digital nomads and remote workers
Reviewed on 2021/08/26
Pros
One of the best things that this tool has is the international transfers between banks, so if you are working remotely or doing freelance then Payoneer helps you to charge and receive the payment, later you can transfer your funds to a bank account.
Cons
Fees are considerable when transferring money. There are certain activities banned from its use, which becomes quite annoying, your funds can be totaled if you are not aware of this.
Also, there is no integration with cryptocurrencies.
