Payoneer’s international payments platform allows users to send and receive payments across over 200 countries, in more than 150 currencies. Users can keep track of their account balance, payments, and full transaction history online, including foreign currency amounts and transaction fees.
Payoneer offers multiple methods for payment transfer, such as prepaid MasterCard®, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Users can decide whether the payer or the recipient pays the transaction fees, and specify this when requesting payments, both from other Payoneer users and also third parties without Payoneer accounts.

Pros
A great platform for making and receiving payments is Payoneer. When Payoneer is supported, we can send and receive money from any nation to any other. Payoneer is quick, safe, and dependable.
Cons
I would say that I objected to their exorbitant prices. Even though it might only be my local exchange rate, it's still a fantastic platform for transacting in other currencies.

Payoneer allowed six transactions on a blocked credit card. The card was fraudulently charged and...
Payoneer allowed six transactions on a blocked credit card. The card was fraudulently charged and blocked within minutes. A month later, six charges were made to the blocked credit card.
Payoneer's position is to contact the merchant ([sensitive content hidden] in Japan) and ask them to cancel the transaction.
Informing them that I do not know the merchant does not help. They will not issue a refund or guarantee that these transactions will not recur.
