The solution offers various features including payroll, human resources, administration, time & labor, and talent management. It has self-service capabilities which enables employees to access their information such as pay, benefits and time-off details. Paylocity offers various tools including QuickPay (to process payroll in batches), paycheck calculator, third-party direct deposit and check-creation capabilities, and Affordable Care Act compliance. Other human resource features include reporting and analytics and on boarding service. Users can also extract information from 100+ standard reports. It has an easy to use HR insights chart, ACA Reporting, and Point-in-time reporting. The ability to set goals is Paylocity's strongest suit. It helps the user stay focused and accountable while also providing insight into the priorities of employees and how those priorities relate to the overall goals of the business.
Pros
I like how user-friendly the system is and how readily available the data about employees is for study. Another positive is that it may be customized to become your company's complete human resources and payroll solution.
Cons
Customer service has been frustrating and useless in the past, but we've now built constructive partnerships and are seeing better results as a result. The reporting is similarly mediocre but serves its purpose.

Pros
Clocking in electronically. It is mostly very reliable and punctual.
Cons
On a very rare occasion it may not clock me in even though I went through the process and I was thinking that I did everything I know!

The team that supports us is friendly, responsive and helpful.
Cons
WE still have hiccups in setting up approvals for PRO/timesheets that we cant seem to overcome. There a a few wrinkles in the system that make no sense to me!

Paylocity is used to help me track my payments, timeshifts, and communication. I feel that it connects my coworkers in receiving important information.
Pros
Ease of use, organized, ability to review networking and personal information in one. I like that it is connected to a time clock allowing me to view and estimate my checks. I like the communication that I am able to view between communities and coworkers.
Cons
Frequently having to change password. I dislike the lack of notifications/guides of when something is required. I dislike the ability to filter messages to my specific community, rather than all.
