TicketPeak provides an end-to-end ticketing solution. The Web-based application allows users to create events, allocate seating, and accept credit card payments. Patrons can use the self-service online portal to purchase and print tickets at home. The reserved seating feature comes with optional automatic social distancing capability.
TicketPeak also provides clients with box office management, donation management, and ticket brokering functions. TicketPeak’s uses are extensible and allow for considerable experimentation on the part of the user. Designed by concert musicians with the idea in mind of streamlining how tickets are sold at the local level, the system works as well as for all types of live performances, cinemas, dinner theaters, and sporting events. For non-profits, TicketPeak is useful for selling tickets to events such as charitable galas, auctions, and the like. TicketPeak also manages ticket exchanges.
TicketPeak generates a variety of reports to help users keep track of available seating and sales performance. TicketPeak features social media marketing tools to help users promote events and sell tickets through sites such as Twitter and Facebook. The system can also integrate with external email marketing platforms such as MailChimp.

Low Cost Solution for a simple performing arts group

Pros
It’s everything we need for a low-cost solution for ticketing. Many of our tickets are comped or free, so we generally only have to pay a fee to cover The ticket usage.
Cons
The user interface is a little clunky for making changes to an event, and how it presents attendance is a little bit confusing too.

Pros
Though perhaps not the most feature-rich option, TicketPeak is so easy to use that our all-volunteer box office staff can learn to use it in no time. And the rates are low so we don't have to worry so much about the bottom line.
Cons
There are enough options and enough reports to handle our basic operations, but a large organization may need something more robust.
