Our members loved how quick check-in/out was. > > **Cons**: There is no app, yet. There is a way to make a shortcut on your phone but some people have difficulty doing it. > > Silent Auction Pro was very easy to use. The staff was easy to talk with and would work with you to find a solution. Silent Auction Pro made our program run much smoother than in past years. ----- ### "Highly Recommend\!" — 5.0/5 > **Cathy** | *30 May 2019* | Primary/Secondary Education | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The 'back office' support from Silent Auction Pro is amazing. They are quick to respond and very easy to work with. In addition, the videos for how to use the software are very well done and easy to understand\! > > **Cons**: There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about this software. > > Previously we have had a more create-as-we-go-along approach to each dinner auction held. We were looking for greater portability in auction coordinating. Meaning, we want to be able for someone to walk in the door and be able to understand what was done in previous auctions and be able to carry it forward with little to no difficulty. One of the best things about Silent Auction Pro is the support team and the support videos\! ----- ### "Happy to have been a repeated customer" — 5.0/5 > **Terrie** | *19 December 2024* | Civic & Social Organization | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10 > > **Pros**: The support and help when trouble shooting issues > > **Cons**: Refresh would always take you back to the beginning > > Overall very satisfied with having used them for multiple years. They are easy to contact and quick to respond ----- ### "Great Customer Service" — 5.0/5 > **Tiffany** | *25 November 2020* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The team at Silent Auction Pro truly wants your event to be successful. They are alaways available by phone or email, and while their website has fabulous tutorials, they are also fabulous in providing you hands on support. > > **Cons**: I would like to see more analysis reports > > They know what they are doing and have their team is also very knowledgeable. They will also help you with suggestions and ideas to enhance your event\! ----- ### "Silent Auction Pro Helped Save Our School\!" — 4.0/5 > **Rachel** | *21 January 2021* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: Hands down, the best thing about using Silent Auction Pro is the customer support. At every small bump in the road, someone was there to help us figure it out. > > **Cons**: While it's understandable that the software is constantly evolving and improving, I found that the menus were confusing the navigate. > > When the pandemic affected our yearly auction, we knew there had to be a solution that could fill the void. Our school relies on the income from that event to keep our school up and running. We loved that Silent Auction Pro was able to help us continue this tradition, while also helping us raise the money that we need. Since our initial event, we have had two more auctions. Each time, the software improves and becomes more user and customer friendly. ----- Page: 1 / 17\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/102759/silent-auction-pro?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/102759/silent-auction-pro) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Structured Data
