Pros
The ability to schedule events and sign in etc. Tracking our programs and student inquiries. I love the ease of adding student information as well as setting student files up.
Cons
It can be somewhat confusing when trying to update an event. As a user having access to delete items is not available so the cons I can not speak on as much as someone who administrates this software.

Pros
Does a lot of what the more expensive platforms do and a very reasonable price. Absolutely love their "journeys" function. Staff is great to work with, and they are very responsive from the top down. Any issues are addressed immediately and you're assigned a client advocate who constantly checks up on you and your satisfaction.
Cons
No direct API as of yet between Greenrope software and my ticketing platform (not TM or Pac), though they do have APIs with other providers. The workaround is uploading my database every few weeks, which works fine, but my wishlist would be the API solution.

Pros
Test send usually come in quickly.
You can now search in the email builder tool - which is very helpful.
Cons
The tool seems buggy, it seems like they make deploy updates while we are working and folders/files are moved or gone. I've had issues with saving. Either the email doesn't save, or the subject line doesn't change. I'm not confident when I close the window that my email will be there when I needed it.

Pros
I like the ability to customize your entire system. They gave the ability for experienced coders to make the exact system they want. I don't feel like I am working within GreenRope limits!
Cons
Thus far I have not experienced anything I haven't liked. If there is one thing I'd say the use of the system takes some getting use too. For an inexperienced marketer or manager GreenRope will seem overwhelming at first but I promise it will get easier. That is my reasoning as well for 3 stars under "ease of use"

They continually send out ideas on how to easily get more out of the product, as well as webinars on new features and functionality.
Cons
More templates to utilize for a fresh email blast and a method to transition between templates. Easier way to integrate social media communications on the email blasts.
