eSPACE, offered by Smart Church Solutions, is a web-based facilities management software that allows organizations to manage member schedules, track equipment & work orders, and handle integration with HVAC service providers. eSPACE is based on modular architecture and gives users the option of either purchasing individual modules, or an integrated suite.
eSPACE is comprised of three main modules; event scheduling, work order management, and HVAC scheduling integration. The product’s event scheduling functionalities act as a single source for all customer scheduling needs such as space, rooms, resource, and service allocation. The event scheduling functionality also offers features such as real-time conflict detection between events, designing & maintaining online forms, allowing unlimited user access in advanced versions, allowing calendar views to remain public or private, and the ability to generate ad-hoc & customized reports. The product also offers a work order management functionality that enables administrators to track equipment such as light fixtures, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and IT equipment, among others. The work order management functionality also offers other features such as inventory control, tracking inventories across multiple locations, work-order related email notifications & alerts, vendor & staff workflow management, and requests for new work orders.
eSPACE provides integration with HVAC systems with its event scheduler module, reducing manpower costs related to manual setting of HVAC systems. The product also offers integration with several building automation systems, as well as with third-party softwares such as Eventbrite, MS Outlook, and Gmail.

So Far So Good for Medium Sized Church

Pros
This has been a phenomenal feature for our staff. It allows us to schedule events in our different facilities without someone having to organize it all.
Cons
So far, we have no noticed any sort of down side. It has only helped us so far.

We picked up E-Space at my organization to streamline work orders in an organized fashion.

Pros
It really does help keep things organized and recorded for useful purposes. Before we relied on email to request things to get fixed, now we can have everything recorded and when someone isn't sure about what last happened to the equipment there is a readily available record.
Cons
The comment system seems to need improvement. It's not re-organizable or editable so it can become a bit chaotic if you don't enter everything carefully and distinctly.

Good at scheduling facilities

Pros
The ease of use. It makes scheduling the usage of the building streamlined and fast. Along with that, I can easily see what spaces are available and when the building is in full use.
Cons
Some of the interface is not as user friendly as it could be. For instance, dealing with multi-day events can be a challenge when you only need to use a certain room for part of the time.
