I liked using this platform, it was really nice to be a tester in this field and get paid, while checking what is happening with the main parts of the page during the certain actions of ordering for instance.

Pros

I like that anyone without any prior knowledge of QA or Web Development, can jump in the field of testing, gain some valuable experience first handed and even earn something in addition. Case supervisors respond quickly after bug or reproduction has been submitted and user can also gain additional credit, in case they provide for instance in my case an error log, after one app crashed on my mobile device.

Cons

Onboarding test can be a real pain for some of the new users, as they are unsure about common mistakes which they make during their first use of this platform. Besides this, it would be nice to see some improvements for testNow application, which is used for reproductions and which tends to freeze from time to time.

Great tool for easy user tests and first impressions on your new software

Reviewed on 2018/03/26

Pros

It is easy to set up a test. Customer success managers keep improving your test cycles, and you get nearly instant feedback on your software and how it performs overall. Combination of explorative tests and test cases is great to get a high coverage.

Cons

You have to work with the tool to avoid duplicates and stuff. Sometimes you get the same testers on every test, but I think is part of community ranking within the test io crowd.
