Pros

I am fascinated by its flexibility and ease of use as one may b=not need much lessons to get acclimatized to the system. Very easy to manage work order, asset and inventory.

Cons

Not much. More improvement and the ability to customize to your own specific needs. just recommend This product. just Try it and you wouldn't regret it one bit.

Pros

The format is very easy to understand and easy to access. It's all done from the front page, and the operations part can be done from two pages. There's no drilling down to drill down again. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and patient.

Cons

The part that is always hard is filling out the vendor and inventory sections. This is true with all MMSs. But someone has to do it, and this one was easier than the other three that I have had experience with. If I had to do it again, I would probably pay the vendor to do that for me.

Pros

The product is solid and intuitive. NetFacilities has always been sensitive to user needs and has continued to update and improve the app.

Cons

There's no tool to isolate a specific group of properties in order to see any requests that are input for any particular property (facility/office) in that group. This may be available for a high level administrator but not for a standard level property manager account.

Sometimes, it's difficult to search for old work orders, but support services are available for assistance.

It seems companies today say that too many features hurt more than help. What seems like a great value often ends up costing you in the long run. Too many cluttered features have also proven more challenging to implement, and more difficult to gain acceptance by users.

Since our change-over we've seen better and faster implementations, and stronger user acceptance when companies have control over what their business actually needs, as opposed to constantly seeing features on a daily basis that will never be used, and is essentially clutter to most users. Allowing customers the choice of which system modules and features to include helps them control their overall investment cost.

Pricing is based on the industry configured solution, and the features-set you choose to include.

* Each customer receives at no extra charge, a dedicated Account Manager, and a small team of knowledgeable and friendly support professionals.
