Weclapp Cloud CRM is a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) software for small and medium-sized companies to manage their contacts, leads, and customers, identify sales opportunities, and create campaigns, with tools including team chat, task management, Microsoft Outlook sync, and more.
Weclapp Cloud CRM’s contact management tools pull contact details from address books and emails, and allow users to import their existing data. Events and tasks can be connected with leads or customers, and users can manage email communications and review activity in chronological order. Lead management workflows enable the movement of contacts through various qualification levels to deal closing. All pre-qualified prospects in a single city can be viewed on the overview page for users to process. Users can also identify opportunities with a workflow that can be configured to suit company-specific requirements.
Weclapp allows users to create campaigns to communicate with their potential and existing customers. Targeted messages can be sent out using the information already contained in the CRM system for personalization. Contact data can also be passed to external systems such as MailChimp for newsletter campaigns. The mobile CRM solution provides users with access to contact information form anywhere, and eliminates the need for duplicate data entry by removing location and division borders. Weclapp Cloud CRM also provides tools for managing tasks, documents, appointment scheduling, and email, and includes real-time chat for team collaboration.

Pros
The software has been designed to provide a variety of business purposes, from accounting to project management. It proved to be an ideal tool for optimising operations and automating mundane tasks. Additionally, the user interface was intuitive, making it easy to use and navigate. In addition, there were a number of integrations available to connect with customers and vendors. To top it off, the customer support provided by Weclapp was great; they were always responsive and helpful when I had queries or required assistance. All in all, Weclapp is a great business tool that offers a wide range of features, enabling us to streamline operations and save time.
Cons
Honestly, I haven’t found anything I have disliked about Weclapp.

Pros
WeClapp is a hosted service that nevertheless can be fully customized to your needs. Once setup it is easy to use and the speed of the application is great.
Cons
In general there are some syncings that can be improved like Shopify customers.

It is simple to use, all of the steps you can or should do are colorfull marked that you see what you can and should do. Also the Management of Helpdesk is simple.
