SuperReceptionist Overview

SuperReceptionist is a plug-and-play software for cloud-based reception that can be accessed from any web browser to perform tasks such as routing calls to agents, scheduling response calls, setting follow-up reminders, and monitoring call records. SuperReceptionist offers a clear and user-friendly interface that integrates with any ERP or CRM including Salesforce and Zoho CRM.

SuperReceptionist users are assigned a special business phone number that diverts calls from clients and customers to an automated IVR receptionist. Users can assign and transfer specific calls to the right agent so that important queries are efficiently handled. Calls can also be routed based on the time of day to avoid missing important calls made after business hours. Once a call is completed, SuperReceptionist automatically creates a support ticket with a link to the customer’s records.

Team members and agents can receive reminders for missed calls and follow ups, as well as organize tasks with a to-do list. All calls are identified using caller ID pop-up, even if the number is not saved on the agent’s mobile. Users can mark the status of every lead and take descriptive notes about conversations.

Business owners using SuperReceptionist can automatically record customers’ calls for playback and keep a tab on conversations for future references. Pros

Good cloud telephony product available in market, its a good replacement to physical PBX system. No a single call is missed, Now our executive are always directly reachable to our customers.

Cons

I did not find any loopholes so far, there were few issues with communication service operators which effected Supereceptionist couple of occasions.

Pros

Easy to Use, Cost effective. Product is simple and build quality is good. However innovations are required.

Cons

As product grew, lot of limitations have been put up. Plus the support has turned very pathetic. It takes days to get a simple request solved. Chat support agents do not respond.

The features for the product and Knowlarity website are great

Cons

Knowlarity customer service sucks honestly. It takes forever to hear from them to get your free trial and then they back out on supporting you or allowing you to use their service.
