ClickHome acts as an integrated CRM & lead management solution by capturing new leads from online enquiries, point of contact information and from internal business activities, then tagging each record for future use. The product enables users to develop a pre-construction workflow for permissions and documents that have to be completed before a construction begins. The software also allows the management of all construction site processes such as purchase orders, call-ups, electronic call forward sheets, site inspections, ?and subcontractor allocations, among others.
