ASAP Rent is a modular vehicle rental management system, offering solutions for car rental, long-term leasing, motorcycle rental, RV and motorhome rental, dealership loaner services, and chauffeur service management. The system can be used by branches or franchises in multiple locations, with multiple currencies supported, and various date and time formats available.
All information entered into ASAP Rent is recorded, including price quotes, reservations, rental agreements/contracts, invoices, payment receipts, damage sheets, work orders, and more. Users can create their own forms and agreements, branded with their company’s logo, and print them on to different colored paper from different printer trays to differentiate between copies intended for records, customers, and delivery.
ASAP Rent offers users over 100 different analysis and reporting options from which to generate custom reports, which can then be exported. Current, historic, and projected fleet utilization can be analysed, with support for vehicle sales, replacements, and transfer of vehicles between branches. Damage to vehicles can be recorded in online damage sheets, and vehicle maintenance scheduled and tracked, with online access to historical maintenance records.
ASAP Rent also supports split billing and multiple invoice creation, allowing users to split the bill for a rental between two or more parties when dealing with corporate accounts or insurance replacement clients. Users can also set up unlimited rate types, with options for seasonal and one-way rates, and create and enforce policies for late return, excess mileage, fuel charges, damage and clean-up, and more.

For example I have just spoken to the help desk about a report that wasn't working as it should. In 10 minutes they had identified the problem and fixed it. Other companies have support teams with untrained/inexperienced people on the front line with script led fixes that take you through a time consuming, unnecessary process that don't address the issue before you are finally passed on to a trained professional. With ASAP Rent we get straight on to the trained professional first time, this is a real strength.
Also for an additional fee we've been adding credit car processing with Chips & Nips and complete interface to our accounting system. It's just works great ! It worth the investment and very Time Savvy !
