Connect Telemarketing Campaign Management (TCM) is a specialized SaaS solution for telesales or telemarketing operations. Wholly web-based and accessible via the browser, Connect TCM allows multiple campaigns to be raised and managed simultaneously. Leveraging a questionnaire-based process, linked to a calling list, team agents are able to focus on prioritized, scheduled calls to maximize efficiency. This data can also be distributed between multiple agents, allowing calling lists to be queried in more detail to view contact information, due call backs, reasons for calling and any associated notes. Linked questionnaires are then setup to echo the team’s sales or marketing processes to ensure consistency among agents, feeding the collected information back into the database.

Additional data can also be fed into the system via spreadsheet or from Salesforce with API integration, while reporting and email facilities are built-in. Reports are generated automatically or manually within clicks, providing useful statistical visualizations relating to conversions, campaign effectiveness, agent performance and more. Connect TCM can be linked to an existing telephone system and where suitable, VoIP telephony setups to add preview or click to call functionality.
