Exenta is a human resources and workforce management solution that helps medium to large-sized organizations track and streamline their HCM (human capital management) processes. Each of the twenty modules have an intuitive dashboard and UI that help HR professionals with recruitment, training, retention, development and performance planning.

Exenta aims to reduce the manual workload utilizing its various HR systems by optimizing and streamlining processes that help track, manage and analyze data throughout an entire employee lifecycle, from application to retirement. Exenta includes features for tracking employee history, skills, abilities, salary, accomplishments, as well as powerful analytics. Users can also take advantage of Exenta’s recruitment management and absence tracking tools to gain control over staffing and time off.

We used to take a week to process our payroll earlier which we complete now on the 1st of the month. It gives complete information on the late and permission and leave patterns of employees.

Pros

User friendly with amazing dashboards and on the management front it is the best analytical tool one could have. It is completely automated thus making it superior.

Cons

The home page. The inner pages are mind blowing.

Pros

I've started using this recently and I did actually like homepage as it has classified everything in different options as required. It also has various employee work anniversary and birthdays displayed which gives a nice touch.

Cons

Till now while using it, the only issue I have is with the attendance part of it. It keeps displaying you a symbol to regularize your data even if it is a normal day of work. Even when it asks to take data from the time log, you can't really click on it.
