Fresha, formerly Shedul, is an online booking and scheduling solution for salons, spas, personal trainers, and other beauty and wellness businesses. Fresha is accessible from any device, anywhere, anytime through the internet. With Shedul's online booking tool businesses can allow clients to effortlessly book appointments directly though the business website or Facebook page, and Fresha can automatically send personalized appointment messages.

With tools such as calendar management, automated SMS reminders, online booking through the business website, Facebook, or widgets, customer management, an activity dashboard, POS, sales reporting, and more, Fresha aims to simplify the booking and scheduling of appointments. Employees and management can stay on top of day-to-day tasks using the activity dashboard which provides an at-a-glance view of the days upcoming appointments, new actions, and notifications. Fresha also aims to reduce no-shows by sending automated reminders or appointment updates via SMS to clients, and messages can be customized for each client.

Not Recommended if you want to receive your funds

Honestly, I could deal with the cons and find suitable alternatives because it was so easy to use. Analytics were great and my staff loved the system. The turning point occurred when I enrolled in their payment processing. I submitted all required information and received a message that everything had been verified. Payouts began the next day and were deposited into my bank account without issue. A month later I received an email saying they couldn’t verify my account and were holding my funds. Almost a month later and after submitting and resubmitting at least 5 times, they still say they can’t verify the information. My bank has no idea what the issue could be. Bottom line: if you want to receive the money you worked to earn, do not enroll in their payment processing system. I’ve gone back to my previous system and am receiving my payouts with no issues whatsoever.

Terrible experience! They started charging when I inquired about it. I emailed and got it stopped. Then they started charging me again without my knowledge. It took several days and emails fighting it. I don’t take credit cards so I don’t need the extra service. I had to dispute it on my credit card company. I stopped using them. I want Shedul back

Pros

easy to custom or to use. It does what you looking for.

Cons

Should be able to have more pictures, it is limited to 4 on the venue.
And please if you could add some pictures for each services would be fantastic!

Loved it!

Pros

I love that Fresha is simple and easy to use. Coming from a much more complicated system like MINDBODY, Fresha was so wonderfully easy to figure out and implement. Customer service has always been so kind and responsive and happy to help. I love this software and am So grateful for how they have supported me during the challenges of COVID-19.

Cons

I have been with them for a few years so like any software it has been a gradual build with new features. Online processing/sales and gift cards weren’t always a feature but they are so great at listening to the needs of their customers and making upgrades.

Pros

Very easy and intuitive to implement and use on a daily basis.

Cons

Unable to create and send client intake forms or customize client confirmations or rescheduling of appointments, thank you’s, marketing texts etc.

Verification checks are legal security requirements rather than Shedul's requirements but it's ultimately better to be safe. Now that you've passed, you can process payments as usual :)

Pros

I liked it pretty much. I figured out most of how it worked. I like have online for everyone to see and book

Cons

IT wouldn’t let me put enough time between massages when customers booked online. They messed up my prices and I had to do a couple of massages for half the price. I had to go in and change it back. Can only correspond by email.
