About Coruson

Ideagen Coruson is a cloud-based eGRC (enterprise governance, risk, and compliance) solution, designed for managing quality, compliance, and safety with tools for document control, audit management, incident reporting, action management, performance monitoring, and more. Feedback loops between different areas are designed to strengthen integrations between processes, such as the feedback loop between action management and audit management which ensures that investigation and corrective & preventative actions are fully implemented and tracked. Risks can be modelled and managed, threats identified, and barriers created and put into practice to prevent threats developing.

Performance monitoring draws KPIs from within Ideagen Coruson and from third party applications, such as HR, operations, logistics, maintenance, and specific safety systems. Users can view real-time safety and operating performance metrics, set thresholds for specific event types to automatically trigger actions and notifications when they are crossed, and identify small threats before they develop. Escalation of issues to the action management system allows for changes to be made immediately.

The document control system can be used to manage policy and procedure lifecycles, with full change controls, and staff competency and development can be tracked through the staff record registry. Assets, suppliers, and customers can also be managed through Ideagen Coruson. The native iOS and Android apps allow users to capture data, access reports specific to job roles, and upload completed reports.
