About Ideagen Quality Management
Ideagen Quality Management is an electronic quality management system from Ideagen, which also automates business processes covering compliance, safety, and risk management. Included in the system are tools for managing documents, staff training and competence, safety, incidents, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), audits, suppliers, and more. Structures, workflows, data security, alerts, and escalations can all be configured in Ideagen Quality Management to reflect organizational standards and processes.
Ideagen Quality Management’s audit module gives users control of the full audit lifecycle, covering planning and scheduling, preparation, implementation, reporting, and action tracking. Audit capabilities are available offline, allowing users to work remotely with limited connectivity. Risk-based internal audits can be carried out, and financial audits, including SOX, can be automated. The CAPA system can be used to centrally record, manage, and track the progress of actions, with approval process workflow management enabling the automatic routing of approvals, notifications, reminders, escalations, and closures to the responsible individuals.
Ideagen Quality Management enables users to monitor performance via KPIs (key performance indicators) in real time, for operational performance, quality, safety, risk, and compliance, and use these to identify and correct issues in governance strategies. Ideagen Quality Management also offers native apps for iOS and Android, which include audit, document management, and reporting capabilities, and can be used to collaborate, communicate, and submit reports in real time while outside of the office.

Good Quality Management platform

Pros
Being able to raise NCRs and have a system where suppliers have access, update and can close out CAPAs.Great not having to chase suppliers as the system automatically does that for you
Cons
The set up for audit/SAQ is tedious, it would be great if that could be simplified.

We didn’t have quality management software prior to this purchase so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I really like having the software. It seems to really help us keep track of everything.
Pros
I like having all of our quality documents and policies in one place. I don’t have to search different places on the network to find what I am looking for, and I like the search feature.
Cons
It has a steep learning curve and takes a bit to get used to and figure out how to use.

Pros
I really like how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It made managing quality processes and compliance tasks much simpler. The customizable features also stood out to me – I could tailor the system to match the specific needs of my organization. Overall, it helped us streamline our quality control efforts effectively.
Cons
One thing I didn't particularly enjoy about Ideagen Quality Management was the learning curve when first getting started. While the platform is user-friendly, there was still some initial adjustment needed to fully grasp all the features and customization options. However, once I got the hang of it, the benefits definitely outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Good - our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is really helpful and always responds to any queries. We have feel supported. The cost is so high for the modules we will not be purchasing any more.
Pros
The layout is good. The administrator functions are easy to use.The document module is great and functions exactly how we need it to.
Cons
To make changes, build reports etc - this can seem really complicated and takes alot of time to do. Much more training would be required to become competent at this which comes at s big cost. The modules are really expensive - we would like to have more but cost completely restricts this.
