About PestPac
PestPac is a cloud-based solution from WorkWave, designed for pest control businesses, which includes tools for appointment scheduling, route optimization, dispatching, vehicle tracking, inventory management and materials tracking, billing and invoicing, payment processing, reporting, marketing, feedback collection, and more. Native apps for iOS and Android allow technicians to access information on appointments, accounts, and services, record usage of materials, capture customer signatures, collect payments through integrated credit card processing, and print or email inspection reports while out in the field.
PestPac’s work order management system allows users to manage one-off and recurring jobs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual services. Built-in standard service options can be used, or users can add their own services with names, descriptions, frequencies, pricing, tax details, and more. Service programs can also be created for jobs requiring multiple visits, such as bed bugs or mosquitos, with work orders automatically generated based on the specified start and end dates. The multi-unit management module enables users to track services for multi-unit buildings, whether residential or commercial, with the ability to automate follow-ups and track multiple units and devices.
PestPac includes customer account access, through which residential customers can view their recent and upcoming services, service history, account statement, material usage history, pest findings, and device inspections, and also update their billing information, make payments, and schedule services. Customers can also rate technicians and appointments, and provide feedback, with feedback requests sent automatically at a frequency defined by users.

Onboarding can be overwhelming at times, but the support staff has always been helpful and available whenever needed. You really get the sense that everyone cares about your success.
Pros
Pest Pac software is extremely comprehensive. It offers everything you could imagine from accounting to customer service. I'm a huge fan of Pest Pac Mobile.
Cons
Being so comprehensive can also be negative in that it takes years to master all of the aspects it offers.

PestPac is not terribly hard to use but it does take awhile to get used to. Most of the time when you call in for help you get a very friendly and knowledgeable rep who can walk you through how to do exactly what you need. Not always but most of the time.
Pros
What I like most about the software is that there are several different options for using it. We can route our techs with it, created service orders, take payment and more all in one place instead of using multiple different software applications.
Cons
What I like the least about the software is that every time they have an update it completely changes how other processes work.

We all hated it. from the start to finish was a headace
Pros
At the beginning was the digital log book and how it scheduled.
Cons
after months of use and a nightmare to imput information with little help from new people on support that didnt know what to do either, we started to pull reports to see where our progress was. the reporting totally is off and horrible! to much information all over the place and wrong! I would not recommend this software to anyone. Its entirely to complicated and does not work properly. see ya.

Pros
Super helpful to scheduling routes, invoicing, follow-up calls, and overall tracking / maintaining customer list & information.
Cons
Not the most user friendly, because it is such a big piece of software.. but customer support is very useful to assist.

My experience as a user is that I am having to come up with work arounds for the Pest Pac system short comings. The advantages that I see is that the software is evolving into a more customer friendly system.
Pros
The customer service people are very nice and very willing to help when they are able.
Cons
