About MYT SaaS

MYT SaaS is a web-based solution that helps tourism professionals create, manage and market their tourism offerings. The software allows users to manage logistics, back-office operations and marketing activities and helps to enhance productivity and revenue. The software can be curated according to the needs of different users such as tour operators, destination management companies, travel agents and suppliers.

The MYT SaaS logistics module allows users to communicate and negotiate with key contacts & suppliers and obtain real-time feedback on tours. Users can engage in live chats or send emails to suppliers and contacts from a single interface. The back office module also helps users to simplify their accounting processes.

The marketing module enables users to create itineraries, choose hotels, travel mode and tour guides in a unified platform. Users are provided with access to a supplier database through which they can increase their offerings, publish these on social media and circulate them via email and SMS.

Users can access current and past activities via the MYT dashboard to compare statistics and view profit loss analysis. The software maintains a customer database with client information, previous trip details, profitability rates and feedback. MYT SaaS solution has MYT Tour Guide app and MYT Traveler’s app that allows users to access the solution from their mobile devices.

the easiest and friendly features - the customer support is really good and available for you - the accounting part is actually easy

Cons

The schedule building - and the additional of the supplier - yes each part is easy but is has a lot of steps and click to actually doing every task

Version changes are often made and this makes it difficult for daily work.

The support services are good, there are basic things missing such as the link between invoice and receipt.

Friendly to use after you know all the features.

Pros

Once you learn how to use the different features, work becomes easier and faster. Processing new customers and trips, is much better. In the accounting we have a better image of our payments and balance.

Cons

Some features are not relevant for our office and causes time. Some issues are not solved yet (i.e. flights..)
