QFM is an interactive web-based computerized facility, property and workplace management solution offered by London-based Service Works Group (SWG). The solution comprises a suite of mobile & web-enabled facility management tools for planned maintenance and resource planning, designed to enhance process efficiency & productivity. QFM Facilities – CAFM Software is QFM's primary module and helps businesses to streamline the management of buildings, service activities and assets. The module offers tools for asset management, risk management, health & safety management, resource management and contract management, among others. The module allows facility managers to schedule both planned and reactive maintenance of assets and equipment. QFM Booking streamlines the management of shared resources by enabling users to centrally manage bookings for meeting rooms, conference halls, shared workspaces and shared equipment. QFM Space is a comprehensive space management module which helps businesses to efficiently plan their workspace. The solution integrates with AutoCAD to design customized floor plans and resource allocation layouts.

QFM Property enables businesses to proactively manage risk and opportunities associated with their properties. Property managers can keep track of lease expiration, rent renewals and other key milestones and receive automated reminders for key dates. QFM Maintenance is a computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) module which automates the planning and scheduling of business equipment maintenance. QFM Mobile is a web-based application optimized for access from tablets and smartphones. It can be used by floor agents to capture and update on-site information in real-time. All QFM modules are available as standalone products, or as part of a larger QFM suite.
