About Nerdio

Nerdio, by Adar, is a fully-loaded streaming IT solution that can be used within any industry. The solution helps improve performance and provides users with a complete IT package. Features include virtual desktops, software, servers, security, management and monitoring, data protection, and a virtual CIO.

Nerdio provides streaming desktops for each user, with continuous access to their normal in-office desktop from any connected device. All desktops come with the latest software including a complete Windows experience and Office 365, with full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, OneNote, Outlook, and more. Users can also choose which desktops are loaded with particular software programs.

Security and data protection features include encryption, antivirus, firewalls, antispyware, intrusion prevention, and backups. All data is stored in the user’s private cloud which are observed by Nerdio experts. Nerdio continuously monitors and maintains the system in order to catch any issues before they cause further problems.

The virtual CIO (virtual chief information officer, or vCIO) acts as a personal high-grade IT consultant. Organizations can meet with their vCIO each quarter for a business review, and discuss topics on how to improve areas such as network architecture and health, training questions, as well as storage and processing.

    A great complete IT package

    Pros

    What I liked most is the customer service. They were invaluable in answering any questions I had or troubleshoot issues.

    Cons

    There really isn't much that I like least. There was a couple times that response time was a little longer than expected, but it wasn't anything really unreasonable at all. I'm just Impatient.
