ProdPad is a flexible product management tool for product managers and their teams to share ideas, collect feedback from users, create visual product roadmaps and prioritize product development actions effectively.
Product managers can use ProdPad to gather and prioritize ideas into a clear, visual and accessible product roadmap that everyone can understand. With internal comments & voting, mockups, user personas, and customer feedback, product ideas can evolve in ProdPad before being mapped out on to a flexible theme-based roadmap.
ProdPad's theme-based roadmap is designed to mirror the way product managers actually work - by constantly evaluating and re-assessing priorities based on customer feedback, internal ideas and market changes. With ProdPad, product managers can organize the ideas generated by their product team in one, manageable place. The entire team can also contribute and collaborate on each idea to develop them into a product spec. ProdPad enables product teams to visualize how much effort and impact each idea will have, in order to evaluate and effectively prioritize them.
ProdPad enables the management of all products and product lines, delivering a full detailed and high level view of product portfolios. Teams can map out which areas are to be focused on, and how they relate to the back-log and longer-term product vision. User personas can also be created and managed through user stories and user feedback, helping product teams to get into the mindset of users.
ProdPad caters for product teams of all sizes, offering starter plans for startups ($20/year) and premium plans for corporate customers. ProdPad integrates with JIRA, Trello, UserVoice, and Slack among others, and is available as a Google Chrome plugin. SSL security ensures that all ideas are kept safe and secure.

Pros
I love that, as a product marketer, we can see product's updates and artifacts in this platform, the status of different sprints, and not have to chase product managers down to have an update conversation.
Cons
Product is not consistent with their updates - it would be awesome if ProdPad could do push notifications to help product managers remember to capture their updates, or integrations with some of the tools they use like InVision or Jira.

ProdPad is easy to use, simple to integrate with Jira and most importantly supports you in your daily PM life
Cons
While simple to integrate with Jira, customization only goes so far. If you have massive (integration) requirements, ProdPad might not be your preferred tool

Our product manager introduced us to ProdPad and he was our main user. No one else on the team, including myself, has adopted using it nearly as much and so it feels like more noise than help to me
Pros
Creating stories and bucketing them for planning purposes is very easy. It makes a very compelling visual when we do our product roadmap to see the various stories and categories. Integrates with Trello, which we also use
Cons
The stories can build up and the "simple" visuals become muddy very quickly. It would be great to have another layer to summarize above what is already there so we can see the forest through the trees

The best tool for alignment and collaboration on product strategy

Pros
I'm so happy to be working with ProdPad again. I've used it in a previous company I worked at and am glad to have introduced it again in my newest role. Some things have changed in the past 2 years but it's still such a great tool for alignment: I love how easy it is to share our strategy, keep room for changes, get others involved too.
Cons
Not related to ProdPad specifically, the same would happen with others tools too: it requires to educate our colleagues and stakeholders on various concepts (feedback, idea, opportunity etc) and how they tie together.
