A very streamlined process both front of house and back of house.

Pros
Little Hotelier is a very easy system to use and has 90% of the functionality required to operate an accommodation business.
Cons
Little Hotelier currently does not connect with any EPOS systems which is a shame. It would be great if there are future developments for this integration.

Pros
Little Hotelier is a good software for small hotels and self-catering properties. Great channel manager with a big number of booking sites/agents.
Cons
Little Hotelier is not providing booking calendar widgets codes for private websites made in Word Press.

I quit using Little Hotelier and went back to ResNexus. THe over all experience was frustrating and the worst software I have ever used.
Pros
I liked the ready hover access to info on clients in the Front desk version, as well as the fact that Site-minder came with the cost of the product. Also, the sales person was very helpful, I wish she was the tech-support or training person.
Cons
This was too hard to implement correctly, and too error prone. It needed a process "Step one", but that was missing. I set everything up in the Booking Engine first without realizing that the information in the booking engine is only what clients see online, not what is happening on the back end. I ended up deleting hours of work and starting over several times. there are videos and good instructions -- but never does it say -- do this first. Training never told me this. Tech support did, but only after I was integrated with Site-minder (another big project). The entire experience was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had -- further more, when I wanted to stop using the product I still had to pay for 3 months to fulfill a contract.

Fantastic software option for small hotels. It was specially designed for small hotels. Best of all it has a top-of-the-line booking engine, integrated website builder and booking engine!
Pros
Backed by the powerful Siteminder channel manager, Little Hotelier is easy to use and best of all it allows small hotels to set up a fully integrated website. The SiteMinder booking engine makes booking seamless.
Cons
If a hotel wants an especially customizable website Siteminder is not the best option. The software is very basic and is only suitable for small hotels with standard needs
