What is Smarty?

Smarty is an all-in-one platform for small businesses owners, entrepreneurs and freelancers that automates and simplifies daily tasks for sales, invoicing and promotional activities. The solution incorporates a number of programs that help users manage their CRM, email marketing, campaigns, lead generation, sales, invoices, and accounting, on a single platform.

Smarty’s built-in CRM (customer relationship management) system enables users to import new contacts via excel files, text files, and emails, and automatically creates a database that can be segmented according to products, as well as connected to email accounts. Each lead has a stream of notes that can be orally typed in the notes section. Calls can be made directly from the platform to the leads or any other UK number. Users can set up automated email campaigns to send to subscribers and clients such as welcome emails, special offers, and newsletters from a range of pre-designed templates, as well as track and monitor their open- and click-through rates.

The solution enables businesses owners, entrepreneurs and freelancers to automate their accounting, inventory, checking and invoicing processes. Smarty can monitor bank accounts for any overdue payments, and send reminders to clients automatically. Users can export detailed finance reports with a single click, and issue invoices using the built-in invoice creator. Business performance and summary reports analyze data from various parts of the business including finance, marketing, and CRM.

Smarty’s landing page tool with drag and drop editing requires no coding skills. Users can optimize website performance with A/B testing and social media integration, including email marketing features that help promote offers and advertise new products. The system’s search engine optimization assessments and ratings help users check the health of their SEO, and allow them to compare scores with their competitors’. Entrepreneurs can also monitor staff performance, calculate bonuses, and auto-email monthly employee performance reports.

Smarty PA - helped us with management of deadlines, it gives comprehensive set of alerts that are automated to a customer's profile, to manage all critical dates & deadlines. It allows to assign tasks to employees and keep track of timing.

Pros

I can complete all my accounting tasks via Smarty easily. I am using CRM also and looks awesome

Cons

Sometimes I feel like, clicks to complete task takes forever. They could better job with that.

Pretty good experience so far, I have been using Smarty for over 6 months mainly for CRM, sales opportunities, landing pages and campaigns but also for tasks and deadline management. It really helps with number of problems startups facing such as lead generation or appointment setting and payment chasing..

Pros

Love autoresponders which are easy to use, send messages to my clients, create newsletters. You can easily issue estimates for your clients, monitor sale and chase payments. You can also add unlimited users which is very handy to give access to all your staff and consultants.

Cons

I would like to see more detailed reports

lead profile in CRM as I have overview of all client interaction from recent sales, outstanding invoices, notes, campaign overview and any interactions.

Cons

SEO Analytics, quite similar to Google Analytics
