About RigER
RigER is a comprehensive oilfield rental and operations system, designed for small to medium sized energy service and equipment rental companies to manage oilfield rentals, dispatching and price policy.
With RigER, oilfield service and rental companies can schedule services, dispatch jobs, invoice clients, manage rental fleets and create accurate reports to analyze performance. Users can assign tasks, approve tickets and control all jobs in real time. RigER handles quotes, sales order processing as well as equipment maintenance and management.
In order to help the user perform these tasks, RigER supports integration with major systems such as Quickbooks, Sage, Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Users can manage accounts and inventory costing with their preferred or existing accounting system in order to generate invoices quickly and handle books efficiently. Customer or service data can be imported into Excel for analysis while clients can receive invoices and updates easily through Outlook.
RigER is available to download as a mobile app on iOS or Android, keeping everyone connected and up-to-date between office and oilfield. Moreover, all data is processed by cryptographic technology, ensuring any information is securely stored in the cloud. RigER’s features aim to make the management of oilfield rentals and operations quicker, simpler and more accurate.

Pros
The logic has diversity so that common and advanced users can take full advantage of the features. Additionally, the Riger team and support continually excel in their efforts to accommodate the needs that are specific to a user group. Since selecting Riger, we have continued to grow and advance our opportunities to refine our business for added levels of success.
Cons
It is difficult to select a con when most if not all of the challenges of integrating Riger into our business were due to our lack of knowledge, which the Riger team and support continued to be patient with us through our process.

Pros
After spending a ton of money and years on trying to get three other databases up and running RigER ended up being a great solution for us. The team knows the oil and gas industry with all its intricacies and immediately understood what we were looking for. The onboarding/integration process was much easier than anticipated and was extremely smooth. While working through some of the initial bugs, the service team was exceptional...turning changes around very quickly, answering questions and assisting with training. The software makes sense and is easy to use and if you have any issues, the RigER team is there to help. I also love that if there is ever anything that we need to be tweaked or changed they are quick to assist. Their training is improving with video tutorials and webinars!
Cons
As with any software, the biggest con is not knowing how to use all of it's functions. I know there are a lot more features that RigER offers that would be valuable...but I haven't had the time to explore more than the components than needed at the time.

We speeded up field ticket processing time and now we invoice our client within 24 hours after job done. Sales and operations process were improved and streamlined which allows us to get more jobs from our clients.
Pros
RigER is a great tool to dispatch jobs quickly, invoice clients faster, and get accurate reports. It has powerful mobile apps, oilfield maps and geo locations, and fast and friendly support!
Cons
Couple of times it took too long to add new features we requested (3-4 weeks). New features was 'polished' several times.
