Clubworx is a scalable club management solution for gyms, fitness studios, golf clubs, martial arts centers & bootcamps. With features for member management, remote class booking, and attendance tracking, Clubworx is ideally suited to class-based gyms and studios.
With Clubworx, clubs can create and manage online forms and contracts; schedule classes; accept bookings; track member attendance; set automated billing; and more. Member and prospect tracking features combined with an in-app email and SMS platform enable clubs to nurture relationships with clients and prospective clients, and encourage their continued participation in club activities. The solution can be customized to match the branding of clubs, and even includes tools for setting up and maintaining a native, custom website.
Clubworx provides simple, intuitive online bookings and reliable, automated payments for clients. Whilst the solution can be simple to start with, it's powerful enough to scale with a growing business. There is no limit to the number of members, classes or bookings that can be managed with Clubworx, making it a good choice for small gyms, bootcamps, and class-based studios looking for a software that will scale up as they grow.

Pros
The support is fantastic. The staff have been very accommodating (and patient!) to any requests for additional features and explaining how best to navigate situations. The software itself has a great spread of features that automate and make day to day admin simpler and less time consuming
Cons
Some very minor features that would be good additions (more specifically for our individual business needs) but this isn’t even a con as the staff have been very receptive to suggestions and the software only continues to evolve and improve

Pros
Clubworx has been scalable as my business has quadrupled and they have been able to support our management of this through automation, client management, and payment integrations.
Cons
The functionality and formatting of the emailing side of things has been a bit of a challenge.
