TimeLedger is a secure time and expense tracking application designed to provide businesses of all sizes in multi-locations with real-time feedback on employee projects and expenses. Users can account for employee time and determine where employee labor and expenses are directed using timesheet and expense approvals, snapshot graphs and custom reports.

With TimeLedger, users can manage timesheet and expense approvals efficiently and effectively. The TimeLedger timesheet approval system ensures all reports and invoices are produced accurately and on time, while the TimeLedger expense approval system allows users to group expenses by project and include this information on invoices. Managers can review, track and approve all timesheet and expense information that has been submitted for approval. To help streamline the timesheet and expense management process, TimeLedger offers unlimited alerts and the ability to organize groups, teams and departments to different managers.

Further to approvals, TimeLedger includes comprehensive reporting tools which allow users to generate preset or ad hoc reports. Alongside reports, users can utilize snapshot graphs in order to analyze time and expense performance data. With the snapshot graphs, users have quick access to a clear overview of key metrics such as number of customers, projects, total revenue and budget overages.

TimeLedger aims to offer a flexible, scalable and customizable platform from which to manage and track employee time and expenses. Since TimeLedger is available on any Android, iOS or Windows phone as well as computer, users can manage time and expense entries directly from the office, at home or on the move. TimeLedger can also function offline, giving users the flexibility and confidence to continue working by knowing that all information will be automatically synced once the user is back online. To further enhance user flexibility, TimeLedger can operate in over 40 different languages including Chinese, Japanese, French and German.

    The details reporting functions enable need to meet various customer requirements and cut reports that helps me ensure maximum billing. The customer service is great whenever I do have a question I get feedback that helps me move me on my way.

    Cons

    There's several report types. Won the match almost every need. Sometimes it's so many that I get confused and have a hard time finding my way back to a report that worked before.

    The software is user friendly and has a variety of reports that are useful. They have great customer service and are quick at responding to any concerns that I have had. The software is accessible from any computer or a mobile app.

    I would like It if the mobile app was a bit more user friendly so that our non-techy personnel could find it easier to use.
