EduHappy is an automated and integrated learning management system (LMS) that was built to cover all school learning and education processes. The platform can be customized to fit any school’s approach and serves various educational stages, from primary schools to universities and institutes. It provides users with all the required tools for school administration and teachers, including a student and parent portal.

EduHappy is School Management System, Student Information System (SIS) and LMS which manages multiple schools under the same account. It manages students, teachers, academic year, terms and semesters, grades and classrooms, courses, lessons, grading, weighted assignments, exams, schedules, attendance. It manages the school finance, accounting, Fees, HR, payroll, expenses, transportation. It has virtual classrooms for online meetings and video conference.

With the school profile, administrators are able to construct terms and semesters per grade, enroll students, assign courses and classes, manage teacher records, and more. EduHappy's scheduling automatically detects conflicts caused by students’ courses, groups, or electives, and provides students and teachers with their timetables. Users can assign, remove, and transfer students to and from course groups or elective courses, and more.

EduHappy enables teachers to create assignments under courses, manage grades, take attendance, and generate reports, as well as upload various files for class material. Once an assignment is created, teachers can assign dates, and link the assignment to their students under a specific course. Each category can have a grade weight that contributes to the student’s grade, and is automatically calculated accordingly.

The students portal allows students and parents to check courses, grades, assignments, and attendance, as well as download e-books, PowerPoint presentations, video files, and word and PDF documents. Students can also take part in online quizzes, view due dates, and check performance per semester, and more. EduHappy’s messaging and communication features are provided to all users in the system, including group messaging, and criteria-based messages.

The enterprise system is able to cover multiple schools, or a group of schools within different geographies, and with varying school curriculums.
