Including built-in email and SMS autoresponders, Klaviyo enables users to automate triggered email flows for events such as abandoned shopping carts and order follow ups.

From the Klaviyo dashboard, users can compare current and past campaign performance, view real-time activity streams and add, edit or remove other metric charts. Klaviyo supports integration with multiple ecommerce, payment processing and POS software such as Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce in order to gather and utilize customer-driven data.     It has been great! I've really enjoyed Klaviyo and think that it is the strongest ecom email platform on the market for Shopify merchants. The customization of emails is relatively easy, it has robust feature sets for additions like reviews and sms, and their flows are a hugely important piece to generate passive income. I'd recommend Klaviyo as long as the person onboarding new tools understood how pricing structure works.

    Pros

    We like to ability to have a strong integration with Shopify and how easy it is to sync lists between other platforms and Klaviyo.

    Cons

    The hardest things about Klaviyo are understanding pricing around profiles, and how to justify the growing cost of the platform when competitors are starting to flank them on pricing vs features.

    As a marketer, Klaviyo has been a game-changer for certain of my clients. Its powerful segmentation and automation tools allow me to create highly targeted and personalized email campaigns. This is perfect for some businesses, helping lead to increased engagement and sales. One things I wish they could do was improve the SMS capabilities to make a really robust platform that does specifically what some ecommerce clients need.

    Pros

    Klaviyo's best features include: 1) creating targeted campaigns and automating email workflows 2) detailed insights into email performance to be able to measure ROI 3) integrates with many ecommerce platforms and tools.

    Cons

    The biggest con is that advanced features can be complex to navigate. But also the cost, as pricing plans can be expensive, especially for small businesses or anyone with limited email marketing budgets. And an important one for certian users is that while Klaviyo offers SMS marketing, its much more limited compared to dedicated SMS platforms.

    I've used it for multiple clients and it's a very powerful and reliable app. If you've got the budget - go for it. If you're on a tight budget - there are more cost-effective alternatives.

    Pros

    Advanced and reliable email marketing app for ecommerce. My favorite is the automation builder, I think it's the most advanced and customizable out there.

    Cons

    It's VERY expensive, and some features (for example, dynamic discount code creation or deleting profiles) are way too time-consuming for what they are. Such basic functions take a fraction of the time in other similar apps, but are unnecessarily awkward and complex in Klaviyo.

    The signup and setup is very easy and straightforward

    Cons

    Having multiple sites is a huge pain since you have separate logins for each of them. Deliverability wonders sometimes like a blind man in a knob factory.
