Users can also control and track work timings, leave and holidays by utilizing the HR-One holiday calendar and creating attendance and leave policies. HR-One also equips users with timesheets to create project teams, track project times and collaborate on team activities. Further to time and workforce management, HR-One enables users to manage recruitment, training and performance operations efficiently. Users can source resumes, request hires and record interview feedback during recruitment and set plans, receive reminders and evaluate effectiveness during training. To help analyze employee performance, users can set review cycles, provide ratings and appraisals and obtain 360 degree peer feedback.

HR-One also allows users to manage financial elements such as payroll and expenses effectively by enabling users to process reports and claims quickly and calculate and disburse salaries efficiently. With the reports module, users can generate tables or create custom reports with which to obtain instant, accurate insights into HR performance. Further HR-One features include asset, travel and helpdesk management, where users can create and manage assets, track travel requests and approvals and record internal queries and requests. HR-One is available as a native mobile application on iOS and Android, users can access all of these features at any time and from any location.
