The process of creating a new event, and running the box office for that event is very intuitive - to the point where I was able to take over running things for my college Theatre Department without any training. The few times I did run into trouble, there was usually a quick solution to be found in the various help guides. When I did need to contact customer service, responses were very fast and solutions were immediately offered. It makes for a very smooth experience for organizers and for our patrons. The ticketing website looks very professional, and the seating charts for reserved seating options are great. The new rollout for the box office POS also makes it easier to do comp tickets or to add promo codes at the box office window, which we love. > > **Cons**: I still run into occassional problems with hardware (mostly the ticket and receipt printers), but this isn't really an issue with Purplelass - it's just that Boca printers can be rather finicky. > > Overall, I would highly recommend Purplepass.
