TNS Employee Insights is an employee engagement and survey platform that specializes in supporting organizations with over 1,000 employees that require robust online reporting and action planning tools. The solution helps users plan, design and execute surveys, as well as deliver customized reports to managers, confidentially.

TNS Employee Insights provides survey administrator tools that enable project teams to modify organizational structures, track employee participation, manage user access, monitor user login activity, and send communication. Managers and HR business partners (HRBP) can obtain self-service access to dashboards, reports and analytics tools for a clear understanding of highs and lows, and various improvement strategies.

Dynamic analytical tools allow users to interact with reports in real time, assess overall performance and demographic trends, track progress, and enhance accountability. Manager Ad Hoc reporting and DIVE data visualization tools enable users to diagnose workgroup results and identify opportunities for improvement. Pros

The Employee Surveys software is easy to use, which is good, and can give you a good idea of what your survey pool is thinking/doing.

Cons

I think that Employee Surveys could have more features integrated, like some of the more advanced survey software does.
