Ramco HCM (Human Capital Management) on Cloud is a globally recognized HR and employee talent management system for medium sized and enterprise-level organizations. The solution claims to simplify the staffing strategy from "hire to fire" across a series of key modules including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, plus Planning & Analytics. These modules are all accessible via manager and employee self-service portals, along with native companion mobile apps for Android and iOS platforms.

Core HR functions span organization management, general personnel and benefits administration, plus travel planning and expense claim reimbursement. Capture an log detailed employee records, while administering HR functions across employee movement between facilities, departments and positions. Administrators can track time and attendance with time entry, scheduling and time-off management and the ability to accurately log absences or overtime. Feeding such data into the integrated Payroll module, managers can also better oversee existing talent pools while successfully embracing new staff. Competency, performance and goal management functions combine with training administration capabilities to develop employee careers and plan for job succession. Functionalities in Ramco HCM module is excellent and it cover all the requirements of our company. It is flexible to configure the modules as per organization requirements instead of customization.
