    Better task management than Notion and more versatile than Asana, ClickUp sits right in the middle between typical task management tools and business platforms.

    Pros

    I really like ClickUp's versatility. It has a wide range of features and could potentially replace many other software solutions. For small and growing teams, it provides a great way to organize and visualize work. Lastly, ClickUp's AI is a great tool to help my team search for items.

    Cons

    ClickUp's automation setup process is not user-friendly and easy to get started with. It also lacks some seemingly basic features, like automatically creating subtasks in a task upon a trigger.

    Tries hard to be too many things

    Pros

    I like the versatility of ClickUp. You can basically build anything you need in the project management software and link multiple different lists. There are lots of features and will be able to configure the software as you wish.

    Project management is the biggest part of this software and I think this is the most important thing I like about this. Tracking tasks across different projects in a centralized location.

    Cons

    Clickup, unfortunately, does too many things and has not perfected them all. This makes the product feel clunky and confusing at times. Onboarding into this software is very challenging to users who are not tech-savvy.

    It's been a great place to track personal and professional goals and projects - including recurring tasks.

    Pros

    I love being able to set up a project all at once and craft a timeline. Then only the next steps I need to do pop up in my to-do list every day. It's a great way to avoid the overwhelm of looking at all the to-dos at once.

    Cons

    It has SO many options and tools, it's a little hard to learn them all or explore ones that might be helpful.

    I like that it has a dedicated app I can download that doesnt require an additional tab open in my browser.

    Cons

    I wish the app had a widget function instead of being a window. It would be cleaner and simpler.
