It feels like it takes a long time to fix problems or to make changes. It would really benefit us if we had a person we could call to help us with issues, rather than just submit a ticket and hope for the best.
Pros
The claims module has streamlined our process. We are much less paper intensive with documents saved to the policy.
Cons
Our inability to create custom deliverables that say exactly what we want.
Reports are still a bit of a mystery when I want to change the parameters.
Vendor integrations are difficult.
Tickets seem to go into a black hole at times and get forgotten.
